Job Description ServiceNow Portal Developer Location Phoenix, AZ (Onsite) Duration Contract Employment Type W2 Role Overview We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, build, and customize user-friendly portals using ServiceNow Service Portal. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in creating custom widgets, handling complex UX scenarios, building workflows, and integrating with other systems via APIs. Key Responsibilities Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portals and related applications. Build reusable, high-quality, and scalable custom widgets using ServiceNow and front-end technologies. Work with React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance portal functionality and user experience. Integrate portals with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. Optimize portal performance, usability, and responsiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 6 years of ServiceNow development experience. Hands‑on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal development. Strong front‑end development skills: React.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Experience with creating custom widgets and complex UI/UX solutions. Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, forms, and integration with external systems. Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills Experience with Agile methodology and working in fast‑paced environments. Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
