In this role you will lead our crew to provide great customer service while keeping daily operations running smoothly. You will lead and motivate team members during shifts to create a fun working environment. Prepare ice cream, milkshakes, sundaes for customers and third party platforms. Maintain a clean and organized workplace. Assist with inventory management and supplies. Resolve any customer issues that may arise.
