Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) Certification and minimum 2+ years Surgical Tech / Operating Room Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours:

• Rotating shifts Sunday through Saturday
• 36-40 hours per week
• Typical shift arrangement includes 3 twelve-hour shifts or 2 twelve-hour shifts combined with 2 eight-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Assist with operating room procedures, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and sterile techniques
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to provide quality patient care
• Prepare and organize surgical instruments and supplies before and after procedures
• Monitor patients' status and assist in maintaining a sterile and efficient operating room environment

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Proven nursing experience, particularly in operating room or surgical settings
• Proficient in operating room technical skills
• Ability to work flexible rotating shifts including weekends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
