Regulatory Compliance Manager – Product and Portfolio
On-site (Bellevue/Overland Park/Frisco) and 3 yrs min.
Not looking for an industry expert but someone that has a base level of regulatory/compliance program experience.
Technology Requirements: Microsoft Suite (Excel/PPT/Word/Outlook)
What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks)
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with legal, risk, operations, and business teams to ensure compliance is integrated into processes.
•Tool & System Use: Utilize compliance software, regulatory databases, and internal systems for tracking and reporting.
•Policy & Procedure Work: Draft, update, or review compliance policies and procedures to ensure alignment with current regulations.
•Training & Guidance: Provide compliance guidance to business units or assist in developing training materials.
•Audit & Documentation: Prepare for internal or external audits by organizing documentation and evidence of compliance.
•Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve compliance issues or incidents, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
•Reporting: Compile compliance reports for management or regulatory bodies.
•Regulatory Research: Investigate new or changing regulations and assess their impact on the organization.
Preferred background/prior work experience: Legal/Business/Governmental Regulatory and/or Compliance
