A Van Driver operating non-CDL vehicles is responsible for delivering packages to residential and business locations in a timely, efficient, and customer-friendly manner. This role requires physical activity, the ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs, a valid driver's license, and adherence to company appearance and safety guidelines. Typically working casual, full-time seasonal hours, drivers receive extensive training and may have growth opportunities within the company.

Full-time casual package delivery drivers work eight to ten hours per day and workdays can vary (Monday - Friday) or (Tuesday - Saturday) depending on the business needs.

Permanent, full-time delivery drivers receive an average total compensation package of $145,000 per year. That includes $0 healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays, sick leave and option days.
