Job Overview

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximize profitability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the store.
• Manage inventory of ice cream, toppings, cones, and other supplies.
• Customer service
• Order stock as needed.
• Maintain a well keeped work environment
• Open and close the shop according to procedures.
• Creating and managing the schedule for all other team members.

Skills

• Strong supervisory skills.
• Good leader and excellent team motivator.
• Proficient in organizational tasks.
• Experience in training staff members.
• Knowledge of sales management.
• Friendly toward clients.
• Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and customers.
• Proficiency in shift management and scheduling.
• Familiarity with inventory control practices.

Hours

• Must be available to work weekend and monday
• Around 25-35 hours a week
• Store hours are 11am-10pm everyday
