CRNA opportunity(s): Findlay, OH - Located 45m to Toledo Position Details

• We are seeking CRNAs to join our well-established practice
• Hospital Employed; Option of full-time or part-time
• Self-scheduling, 8 or 12-hr shifts, part-time or full-time
• Welcome new grads and experienced
• Physician one-on-one mentoring for new grads
• Variety of cases, ability to keep up skills
• Opportunities for overtime if desired
• Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support
• Care team model, equitable call schedule
• Practice team of 7 full-time physicians, 18 CRNAs
• ENT, general, orthopedics, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, urology, minimal healthy pediatric cases
Compensation
• Total Base Compensation Range (including specialty stipends)238k-260k
• Base Salary (less than 2 years experience, increases at 2 years) 238,000
• Base Salary (2+ years experience) 245,000
• OB Stipend
• Pedatrics Stipend
• Blocks Stipend
• 403b Match (min)
• Vacation per 1 FTE, 8 weeks/320hours
• Dues/Subscriptions/CME/Board Certification
• Signing Bonus (20k/year over 4 years)
• Paid holidays + Birthday Pay, 6 holidays, 8hrs birthday
• Overtime (>40 hrs) /Call Back
• Vacation Payout
