External Job Description What You'll Do: As an Online Shopper at Festival Foods for our Click N Go experience, you'll:
- Carefully select products for our Online Grocery guests, following notes and preferences to ensure satisfaction.
- Organize and stage orders efficiently, keeping quality and freshness top of mind.
- Offer thoughtful substitutions when needed and communicate updates to guests.
- Greet guests with a smile, retrieve and load their orders, and provide top-tier service.
- Maintain a clean and organized Online Grocery area.
- Assist guests with inquiries, both in-store and online.
- Support your team by jumping in to additional roles as needed after fulfilling orders.
- Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

- Computer skills and ability to navigate online ordering platforms.
- The ability to adapt to changing tasks throughout your shift.
- A valid liquor license (or willingness to obtain one).

- Must work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds several times throughout the day
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time

Work Schedule The Online Shopper is a part-time position (less than 28 hours per week) The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
